Chad Grasza
President
Chad Grasza is the "undisputed heavy weight entrepreneurial
champion of Stylo Group". "The Chad" has a remarkable
entrepreneurial spirit that has blessed him with many
successful victories over the past 25 years. His type
"Double A" personality keeps him "moving and shaking"
constantly. The term "relax" is foreign to Chad. Always the
visionary, Chad sees opportunity where others don't. He
works diligently to see these "diamonds in the rough"
transposed into successful ventures for all parties
involved. Chad treats his customers and business partners as
if they were family and will do whatever is required to
"make it right", in the unlikely event something goes awry.
He strives for perfection with all that he does, which is
great if you're a customer… but not so great if you're a
subtrade :). Away from Stylo Headquarters, Chad enjoys
volunteering countless number of hours to coaching his son
and daughter's hockey, soccer and ringette teams. He also
enjoys spending time at the lake with his beautiful wife and
loving family…boating, skiing and mountain biking. Chad is
also passionate about high performance sports cars and has
owned many of these "toys" over the years. The only thing
is, he tends to change his vehicles more than most people
change their…well, you know…
Chad's motto is "As a team, there is nothing we can't
accomplish. It's all easy peezy lemon squeezy".

Paul King
Vice President The
self proclaimed "Right Brain Rebel" of the Stylo Team, Paul
King is a "People's Person" through and through. He loves
turning customers into friends and always has their best
interests at heart. Paul embodies honesty, integrity and a
playful sense of humour at all times. A previous SAM award
recipient for Sales Person of the Year, Paul enjoyed a
successful career with new home sales for over a decade. His
past successes with new home sales, real estate
transactions, acquisitions of rental properties, and land
development have prepared him for the exciting opportunities
that have been presented to Stylo Group. Outside of Stylo
Group, Paul leads an active lifestyle and loves to spend
quality time with his amazing wife and 2 wonderful sons.
He enjoys volunteering for their school and sporting
activities and on weekends enjoys the odd "cold one" over a
home cooked dinner with close friends or family. Paul's
motto is "Stay positive and grab ahold of all that life has
to offer". |

Paul Rintoul
VP Operations Paul Rintoul has always loved
construction and enjoyed the design and planning of
projects. Before joining Stylo Group, Paul was in computers
for over 20 years with the last few in management. As VP
Operations his primary goal is to make sure everything runs
smoothly and timely. His experience has allowed him to help
in achieving this goal and getting ready for the continued
expansion and success in the future. Paul found Stylo Group
as he was looking for a builder for his next home and had
decided to build his dream home with Stylo. In his spare
time Paul raises Samoyeds and participates in a number of
activities with them, including Dog Sledding. Paul's motto
in life is “Watch out where those Samoyeds go, Don’t you eat
no yellow snow” |

Jody Cowan
Customer Relations Manager Jody fell into the
construction world by accident when she applied for an
“office job” with a builder and ended up as the first site
supervisor in a skirt and high heels. Facing a vertical
learning curve she took her Communications/PR background
skills and adjusted them to “fit” into her new business
world. Jody’s team of trades and suppliers gave her a
construction education that money cannot buy and she is ever
thankful to them for their patience and understanding and
for the special little ramps into new homes under
construction that allowed her not to break an ankle in her
heels. After 11 years in the industry she continues to learn
something new everyday and enjoys working with the amazing
men and women who form such a gratifying and fun industry.
FYI - She now owns a pair of steel toed pumps! Working with
people one on one and seeing them realize their new home
dreams keep her tied tightly to this industry. Jody believes
that life is too short to not enjoy fully so she makes time
to do the things she is passionate about, which include
fishing with her spouse and spending time with her family.
Jody loves to laugh and it is a trait that follows her
wherever she goes. “Laugh often and much” are words she
lives by. |
